Subject Registration from the 2nd until the 8th semester

1. Following Panduan Sistem Peraturan Akademik:

 

2. To avoid from the negative situations, follow these:

i. In Week 13th, once you get the information about registering subjects for the new semester, do it immediately in the week 13th. (Not week 14th or week 15th).

ii. The closing date for you to complete online registration is on Thursday, at 5pm on the same week 13th.

iii. After that, on Friday (the same week 13th), I will approve all the registrations.


Example: 

-On week 13th, Monday, you got information/email about registering subjects for the new semester. 

-Complete the registration immediately before the closing day on Thursday at 12noon

-If there is a problem, we have Friday to resolve the situation. 

-I could not remind you of this. 

-If you forget to register, tindakan akan dikenakan. 

3. Everyone must remember to click the confirm button. Otherwise, I cannot approve it on the system. 

4. When you click your confirm button, an email will be sent to my email inbox. 

5. After this, I need to open the SMP to approve your registration. 

6. Understand there are many emails received, you must complete online registration before Thursday, at 12noon on the same week. This will make sure I can approve all registrations on time.

7. To resolve problems with subject registration, please meet FPTT's administrative staff located at level 2.

Credit Transfer

3. Please make sure you:  

(1) Print out the previous official teaching plan of the subject  you have taken and intend to suggest credit transfer.

(2) Print out the teaching plan for the current semester. Request the teaching plan from your lecturer.

(3) Inform your lecturer that you intend to do credit transfer for his/her subject.  

(4) The course content that has been passed is equivalent to at least 80% of the course content of the program followed at the University.

(5). Prepare all documents and also the analysis, submit all documents to FPTT administrative staff.
